One to One Stretch is a four-week group coaching program designed to teach the fundamentals of flexibility training. Led by Lindsay Bloom, health coach at Purdue Fort Wayne, the program meets noon to 1 p.m. ET Mondays from Oct. 3-24.

“During the four-week program, participants will gain the knowledge and tools to create an individualized flexibility training program that will be realistic and manageable and will contribute to their overall health and fitness goals,” Bloom says.

This program supports the physical health and behavioral health pillars of the Healthy Boiler Program.

Those interested in the program should register by Sept. 19 via the Healthy Boiler Portal. The registration link can be found under the “Healthy Boiler Workshops” section on the portal’s homepage. Hover over the 121 Stretch square and hit “Submit” to register.

Healthy Boiler workshops are free to all benefits-eligible faculty and staff and dependents covered on a Purdue medical plan.
