HR announces performance management timeline, resources
As the 2020-21 performance management and merit process continues, employees and managers should review and update goal progress through March 1.
The annual performance evaluation records an employee’s fulfillment of key goals and University-wide competencies. Each staff member will complete their performance self-assessment between March 1 and March 12, and supervisors will evaluate the performance of their direct reports from March 15 to April 2.

HR business partners will provide regular performance management updates to supervisors to assist in attaining a 100 percent annual review completion rate. Leaders can access their unit's 2020-21 annual evaluation reports via the SuccessFactors homepage.
