Healthy habit formation to be topic of Healthy Boiler workshop

Lindsay Bloom, health coach at Purdue Fort Wayne, will lead a virtual Healthy Boiler workshop titled “Set Yourself Up for Success” from noon to 1 p.m. ET on Jan. 21. The workshop supports the physical wellness pillar of the Healthy Boiler Program.

Attendees will learn how to support formation of healthy habits by making the healthy choice the easy choice.

Those interested should register by Wednesday (Jan. 20) via the Healthy Boiler Portal. The registration link can be found under the “Engage” tab, “Wellness Events” on the portal’s homepage. Healthy Boiler workshops are free to all benefits-eligible faculty and staff and dependents covered on a Purdue medical plan. The workshop will be led via WebEx.
