Healthy Boiler workshop to focus on resetting the pantry with healthy foods

Lindsay Bloom, health coach at Purdue Fort Wayne, will present a Healthy Boiler virtual workshop called “Pantry Reset” on resetting the pantry from noon to 1 p.m. March 18.

“Our pantries can easily become disorganized, overcrowded and full of outdated and unhealthy food,” Bloom says. “The workshop will help attendees learn about how to stock healthy pantry staples and organizational tips to help set them up for success.”

Those interested should register by March 17 via the Healthy Boiler Portal. Registration link can be found under the “Engage” tab, “Wellness Events” on the portal’s homepage. A WebEx link will be sent following registration.

Healthy Boiler workshops are free to all benefits-eligible faculty and staff and dependents covered on a Purdue medical plan.
