Performance management reminder: Be prepared for the 2020-21 staff evaluations

Supervisors are encouraged to collaborate with staff to update performance goals in SuccessFactors by Jan. 31. Each staff member will complete their performance self-assessment from March 1 to March 12, and supervisors will evaluate the performance of their direct reports from March 15 to April 2, as outlined in the 2020-21 performance management timeline

Tips and resources, including tutorial videos, are available to assist both employees and supervisors in goal creation. Supervisors are encouraged also to use the performance management reports on the SuccessFactors landing page to track unit attainment of key performance management milestones.
