Benefits open enrollment day 2: Employees encouraged to use available resources

Benefits open enrollment is underway and ends at 6 p.m. ET on Nov. 12. Employees should allow enough time to complete and submit their enrollment before 6 p.m. that day. No changes can be made to benefits outside of a qualifying life event (change in family status).

A dedicated enrollment website is available to provide detailed information about benefits enrollment for 2020. All employees at the West Lafayette, Fort Wayne and Northwest campuses are asked to actively enroll during this open enrollment window.

Employees can enroll for 2020 benefits via Benefitfocus by logging in to the OneCampus portal or via the Benefitfocus mobile app. Human Resources – Benefits encourages faculty and staff to enroll as early as possible. Enrolling sooner rather than later will allow employees to avoid high traffic on Benefitfocus, the online enrollment system, resulting in faster service.

Numerous resources are available for faculty and staff seeking benefits enrollment assistance throughout the two-week enrollment period.
