2019 benefits open enrollment ends at 6 p.m. ET Monday

Benefits-eligible faculty and staff at the West Lafayette, Purdue Fort Wayne and Purdue Northwest campuses have until 6 p.m. ET Monday (Nov. 5) to enroll for 2019 benefits. No changes will be accepted after Monday's deadline unless there is a qualifying life event (change in family status). To enroll, sign on to Benefitfocus via OneCampus or download the Benefitfocus mobile app. Detailed, step-by-step enrollment instructions, including screenshots, are available on the Benefitfocus Open Enrollment Instructions web page.

Due to the high volume of individuals who are using the Benefitfocus system, allow time and have patience while completing enrollment for 2019 benefits. Additionally, BoilerKey, Purdue’s new two-factor authentication service, is now required for system access, including open enrollment -- and not having BoilerKey access will slow down the ability to complete benefits enrollment. Visit www.purdue.edu/boilerkey for information and instructions.

There are still opportunities to visit a walk-in lab today on the West Lafayette campus and the Purdue Northwest campuses. These are the last options for face-to-face assistance before enrollment ends at 6 p.m. ET Monday. The schedule today:

* West Lafayette
-- Walk-in lab, 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m., Kurz Purdue Technology Center, Conference Room 2
-- Walk-in lab, 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m., Pfendler Hall, Room 103

* Purdue Northwest
-- Hammond: Walk-in lab, 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m., Schneider Avenue Building, Room 1005
