Standard Support
Standard support requests for web hosting and related services must be submitted through FootPrints. This can be done by sending an email to
itap-webadmin@purdue.edu. FootPrints tickets are handled during our standard support hours.

Reporting Site or Service Outages

  1. Send an email to itap-webadmin@purdue.edu, which will open a FootPrints ticket.
  2. If this is a production outage, call the ITaP Customer Service Center at 494-4000.
  3. Provide your ticket number to the Customer Service Center and let them know that this is a production outage.
