The Fall 2025 Census freeze, Summer 2025 Term End freeze, and the corresponding Retention freeze are validated and ready for reporting!

Race/Ethnicity Data and Reporting Updates
Practices around the use of student race/ethnicity data are changing during the fall 2025 semester. All those with access to student data should reference the Fall 2025 Census, Retention & Summer 2025 Term End Student Data Updates email sent on 9/15/2025. Please contact idata@purdue.edu if you have questions about these changes.
Dashboard Enhancements
- Data Digest Applications, Admits, Matriculations
- Will include admissions data for Regional Campus locations (Fort Wayne and Northwest) by 9/19.
- Data Digest Retention and Graduation Rates, Undergraduate
- Enhanced visualizations now enable simultaneous comparison of more data.
- Data Digest Degree Counts and Time to Degree
- Now Separate Dashboards
- Degree Counts – Transitioned to PDW Student
- Time to Degree – Continues to be sourced from the ODS
