Training courses are located under the Recruitment topic listed in SuccessFactors Learning, the Learning Managment System for employees. 

This online course introduces the checklist and outlines the steps needed to complete in SuccessFactors in order to initiate the requisition for Talent Acquisition to view and post position. 

This instructor-led course provides an overview and hands-on experience of the recruitment process in SuccessFactors for staff positions. It walks through the Hiring Manager's responsibilities within the process. This course is limited to 20 attendees, due to accessing a learning environment.

A three-part training series (instructor-led) for hiring managers of staff positions, who want to improve their skills in making successful hires. Participants will learn best practices in developing diverse talent pools and conducting interviews, hear about what’s true in industry and have the opportunity to engage with and learn from other class members’ experiences.

This instructor-led course prepares for positive interactions with the candidate through the hiring process. Remember, the candidate's experience influences their decision to join Purdue.

This online training video walks through creating the requisition from the position within SuccessFactors, how to complete the required fields, prepare for the OIE review and then post position.
This instructor-led course is facilitated by HR - Talent Acquisition. It covers the entire recruitment and hiring process for faculty from job posting to onboarding activity. It is designed for the Department Recruiter role and any individual that supports the academic recruitment process. 

The course provides an in depth review of the Candidate Management process in SuccessFactors. It is designed for Department Recruiters and those individuals that support the recruitment process.

This course covers the last phase of recruitment from offer to onboarding.  It is designed for the Department Recruiter role and any individual that supports the faculty recruitment process.

Onboarding Coordinator I-9 Training

This online course explains the Welcome email and process the new hire will experience, as well as defining the Form I-9 process.  All supervisors are required to complete this course since a new hire will be terminated if the Form I-9 is not completed in the required timeframe.
