Reporting Inventory

The HR Data and Analytics team offers an updated Reports and Tools Inventory. Reports are designed for various HR departments, such as benefits, compensation, payroll department and more. The inventory also includes reports for HR leadership, business offices and supervisors or managers. 

  • The inventory is housed in SharePoint and requires an Office 365 account, easily downloaded through Connections and Accounts via ITaP
  • This shared Excel workbook lists the reporting system, reporting tool, intended audience, report name and description, key contact name, frequency and delivery method and file location.

The HR Reports Inventory is a catalog of all HR reports intended for repeated and sustained use. Reports have been validated by functional area owners or subject matter experts.
  • If you have questions about the report's interpretation or intended application, please reach out to the Key Contact listed in column E. 
  • Reports are subject to role-based permissions. The intended audience for each report is listed in the inventory. If you feel your area is included in the intended access and you have questions about the role-based permissions, please submit a request through the HR Data Requests form.
  • If you would like to request an adhoc report be run for your area based on one of the data tools below, request ongoing access of a report below, request a report enhancement such as an added column, or have concerns about the accuracy of a report, please fill out the HR Data Request Form.
  • QM4 is only available to IT staff and business offices. For all others needing to use Employee Central Payroll reports, T-code reports are available. For a list of all report T-codes in ECP, please review the HR Reporting Inventory.
