AllOne Health Work-Life Resources and Referrals
Via AllOne Health, the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provider for Purdue’s West Lafayette and Purdue Fort Wayne campuses, employees have access to a variety of work-life resources and referrals.
Your EAP can help make life easier by connecting you to the right information, resources and referrals for a variety of concerns or challenges. All services are free, confidential and available to you and your family members. Work-life resources and referrals are available to help with topics such as:
- Childcare
- Adoption
- Special needs support
- Eldercare
- Housing
- Transportation
- Education
- Pet care
To request work-life assistance, log in to the AllOne Health portal at AllOneHealth/portal. (If you have not yet created an account, once you are on the website, click “sign up” and create an account using your email address and company code: purdue)
On the home page of the AllOne Health portal, you can click the “Work Life Request” tile, located in the middle of the webpage. From there, you will be prompted to complete a short request form.
