NOTICE OF MEETINGS  

The Purdue University Board of Trustees will convene meetings on Friday, February 5, 2021, in Stewart Center, Room 214, on the West Lafayette campus, as follows:

8:40 a.m.   Academic and Student Affairs Committee*

8:50 a.m.   Physical Facilities Committee*

9:00 a.m.   Finance Committee*

9:10 a.m.   Audit and Enterprise Risk Committee*

9:30 a.m.   Stated Meeting*

Members of the Board may participate by means of electronic communication pursuant to Article III, Section 3, of the Bylaws and the Electronic Meeting Policy.

 In compliance with the Protect Purdue Plan, everyone is required to wear a mask while in the building.  Restrictions will be placed on the number of observers in the room to allow for social distancing. Due to limited seating, anyone interested in observing the meetings is encouraged to do so virtually.

Specific agenda items will be posted and distributed subsequently in the manner required by law.
