NOTICE OF MEETINGS
The Purdue University Board of Trustees will convene on Friday, August 7, 2020, in Stewart Center, Room 214, on the campus of Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana, as follows:

8:40 a.m. Academic and Student Affairs Committee*
8:50 a.m. Physical Facilities Committee*
9:00 a.m. Finance Committee*
9:15 a.m. Stated Meeting*

*Time is approximate; meeting will begin at the conclusion of the preceding meeting.

In compliance with the Protect Purdue Plan, everyone is required to wear a mask while in the building. Restrictions will be placed on the number of observers in the meeting room to allow for social distancing. Additional seating will be available in Stewart Center, Room 218, where observers may view the meeting virtually with social distance seating. Due to limited total seating, anyone interested in observing the meetings is encouraged to do so virtually. For instructions on how to observe the deliberations in this manner please contact trustees@purdue.edu by 12:00 pm on Thursday, August 6.

Specific agenda items will be posted and distributed subsequently in the manner required by law.
