NOTICE OF MEETINGS
The Purdue University Board of Trustees will convene on Thursday, June 11, 2020, in Stewart Center, Room 214, on the campus of Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana, as follows:
3:15 p.m. Academic and Student Affairs Committee*
3:30 p.m. Finance Committee*
3:45 p.m. Stated Meeting*
*Time is approximate; meeting will begin at the conclusion of the preceding meeting.
Members of the Board may participate by means of electronic communication pursuant to Article III, Section 3, of the Bylaws and the Electronic Meeting Policy.
In compliance with COVID-19 social distancing requirements, restrictions will be placed on the number of observers in the meeting room. Additional seating will be available in Stewart Center, Room 218, where observers may view the meeting virtually. Due to limited total seating, anyone interested in observing the meetings is encouraged to do so virtually. For instructions on how to observe the deliberations in this manner, please contact trustees@purdue.edu by 12:00 p.m. on the day of the meetings.
Access to Stewart Center will be through the doors on the southwest side of the building only. Observers are required to wear a mask in the building at all times.
Specific agenda items will be posted and distributed subsequently in the manner required by law.
