The Purdue University Board of Trustees will convene on Thursday, April 2, 2020, in Hovde Hall, Room 201, on the campus of Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana, as follows:

Pursuant to Executive Order 20-09 issued by Governor Holcomb on March 23, 2020, all members of the Board may meet by means of electronic communication so long as a quorum of members participate and the meeting is made available to members of the public and the media.

In compliance with social distancing requirements, restrictions may be placed on the number of observers in the meeting room at any one time. Members of the media and the public who are not able to be present in the room for this reason will, however, be able to access and watch the meeting virtually.  For instructions on how to observe the deliberations in this manner, please contact trustees@purdue.edu in advance of the meeting.

Specific agenda items will be posted and distributed subsequently in the manner required by law.
