NOTICE OF EXECUTIVE SESSION

Pursuant to the call of the chairman, the Purdue University Board of Trustees will convene in executive session as follows:

Thursday, April 2, 2020; 9:00 a.m.

Hovde Hall, Room 201, West Lafayette Campus

For discussion of strategy with respect to pending or threatened litigation [IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B)], for discussion of strategy with respect to the purchase or lease of real property prior to a contract or option to purchase being executed by the parties [IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(D)], for discussion of the assessment, design, and implementation of school safety and security measures, plans, and systems [IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(3)], to receive information about prospective employees [IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(5)], for discussion of records classified as confidential by state or federal statute [IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(7)], to discuss a job performance evaluation of one or more individual employees [IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(9)], and for discussion of the assessment of, or negotiation with, another entity concerning the establishment of a collaborative relationship or venture to advance the university’s research, engagement, or education mission [IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(15)].

Pursuant to the Executive Order 20-09 issued by Governor Holcomb on March 23, 2020, all members of the Board may meet by means of electronic communication so long as a quorum of members participate.

Executive sessions of the Board of Trustees and its committees are closed to the public.
