NOTICE OF EXECUTIVE SESSION

AUDIT AND RISK MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE

At the request of Trustee Spurgeon, chair of the Audit and Risk Management Committee of the Board of Trustees, the Audit and Risk Management Committee will convene in executive session on Friday, February 8, at 11:30 a.m., or at the conclusion of the stated meeting of the Board of Trustees.

This session is called for discussion of strategy with respect to pending or threatened litigation [IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B)], to receive information concerning and to discuss individuals over whom the governing body has jurisdiction [IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(6)], and for discussion of records classified as confidential by state or federal statute [IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(7)].

Executive sessions of the Board of Trustees and its committees are closed to the public.
