UPDATED: NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

In accordance with the Bylaws, a special meeting of the Purdue University Board of Trustees Executive Committee will convene at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, January 11, 2018, in Stewart Center, Room 326, on the campus of Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. This meeting will be held in conjunction with a meeting of the Purdue NewU Board of Trustees for an announcement regarding Purdue NewU.

If necessary, Trustees may participate in the meeting by means of electronic communication pursuant to Article III, Section 3 of the Bylaws and the Electronic Meeting Policy.

Please note that this notice updates and supersedes the prior notice circulated earlier today at approximately 11:30 a.m. Eastern time, which had indicated that the special meeting was of the full Board of Trustees, as opposed to its Executive Committee.
