Happy Holidays!

The end of the year is typically the time to make one last big push to set up our goals and projects for the upcoming new year. This month is a busy month for the Human Capital Management project. Several new implementations are kicking off Jan. 1, 2019. Are you ready?

The Business Process Reengineering team as published several different training resources to help you stay informed about the new systems coming our way. I would say the best place to get all the information you need is on the SuccessFactors training website.

This site has information about the following areas within SuccessFactors:

-       Employee Data Change

-       Position Management

-       Timekeeping and Time Off Reporting

-       Payroll

-       Onboarding

-       Offboarding

-       Recruiting

And more.

No matter what position you hold here within Purdue University, you will need to interact with this new system.

Earlier this month, Mandy Smith, the chair of CSSAC, and I gave an annual report presentation to the Purdue University Board of Trustees. We were greatly honored for having the opportunity to speak with the Board of Trustees on what our two groups have been working on within the last year and what are goals are for 2019. After our presentation, the Board applauded all of our great work that we have done for the staff of Purdue University and wanted us to share the message of appreciation they have for all Purdue employees. There are roughly 10,000 employees within the Purdue University system. What we do every day pushes Purdue to make giant leaps.

Congratulations for all of your determination and perseverance.

Happy Holidays,
