Progress continues on Hagle Hall as new academic year gets underway

Construction will continue this fall on Hagle Hall, the new Bands and Orchestras building. Structural work on the new facility continues at the intersection of North Russell Street and Third Street.

Road, parking and sidewalk impacts continue to include the following:

• One traffic lane along North Russell Street, just south of Third Street, is closed.
• On-street parking along North Russell Street, just south of Third Street, is unavailable.
• East sidewalk along North Russell Street, just south of Third Street, is closed.
• A portion of the pedestrian-friendly corridor along Third Street, just east of North Russell Street, is unavailable.

The project is scheduled to be complete in summer 2022.

Pedestrians, bicyclists and motorists should continue to be cautious in the area and obey all posted signs.
