Family Weekend registration will closed at 5:00 p.m. Eastern, Thursday, September 7th.

No refunds for paid events after 12:00 p.m. (noon) Eastern, Thursday, August 31st.

Note - we will have walk-up registration available during our check-in times listed below. Blankets will also be available for purchase (while supplies last).

Purdue Galleries offer a variety of art forms and exhibits throughout the year, featuring artwork from regional, national, and international artists as well as the Galleries permanent collection. These exhibits rotate several times over the course of the year. Purdue Galleries currently encompasses the Robert L. Ringel Gallery in Stewart Center and the Patti and Rusty Rueff Galleries in Pao Hall.

Get a workout in at the award-winning CoRec on your visit. Recreation & Wellness will be offering the guest pass rate to all family members on daily guest passes when participating with your student. You must show your Family Weekend wristband and purchase your pass in person at the CoRec Member Services Desk and your student must be with you when you purchase the pass. Please have a valid government-issued photo ID with each person at the time of purchase.

A visit to Spurgeon Hall of Spirit in the Dauch Alumni Center provides interactive kiosks and exhibits showcasing Purdue's history and alumni achievements.
Black Cultural Center, 1100 Third St. (BCC)  (indoor)

The Black Cultural Center provides purposeful, holistic, scholarly and cocurricular programming designed to strengthen understanding of African American heritage. It enhances the academic, cultural and social development of the entire Purdue community.
Latino Cultural Center (LCC)  (indoor)

The Purdue University Latino Cultural Center creates an inclusive environment for the entire campus community, fostering meaningful dialogue and cultural understanding of Latinx communities. We support Latinx faculty and staff while we recruit, retain and empower Latinx students to succeed, giving them a sense of belonging until graduation and beyond.
Central Tower of Cary Quadrangle (CARY) (indoor)

The University Residences Alumni & Guest Center (URGC) is home to all University Residences alumni and prospective student programming and tours. We are located inside the central tower of Cary Quadrangle. Metered parking is available along Beering Drive and Cary Drive.

Just imagine a delicious and nutritious recipe with only five ingredients…

This cooking demonstration focuses on preparing quick, easy, and affordable meals with minimal ingredients. Recipes include Grilled Bruschetta Chicken, Cinnamon Roasted Sweet Potatoes, Roasted Parmesan Green Beans, and Sautéed Apples with Granola.

The Demonstration Kitchen strives to make cooking accessible to everyone, by demonstrating delicious recipes and menus that are quick, easy and affordable. Our Student Cooking Instructors will provide you with nutrition information, culinary techniques, and food sanitation guidelines. You will also have the opportunity to sample the dishes prepared during the demonstration you attend.

Tours will be provided of Dudley and Lambertus Halls, which house space dedicated to First-Year Engineering lecture halls and classrooms, student advisors, and instructional support. Tours will leave from MSEE between 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. on the quarter hour.

The West Lafayette Global Fest is a long-standing tradition featuring entertainment, food, and art from almost every continent on the planet. This year’s event will be no different; with live music, cultural displays, and activities for families and kids of all ages!

Live music at Global Fest is always a highlight, offering the chance to experience music from locales you’ve only read about, performed by musicians proud to share their melodic heritage. This year’s festival will feature the Arabic flamenco jazz of acclaimed Jordanian singer  Farah Siraj, who has performed at some of the world’s most prestigious platforms, including the United Nations, Nobel Prize Hall, and Lincoln Center. And fans of infectious Cuban rhythms must witness the poet, rapper, and songwriter Telmary, as she showcases the talents that have made her an international sensation.

Purdue Football will take the field against Syracuse under the Ross-Ade Stadium lights on Saturday, Sept. 16, to a sold-out crowd, Purdue Athletics announced on Wednesday. A 7:30 p.m. ET kickoff, Purdue's first night game of the season is the first contest on the 2023 schedule to officially sell out of tickets. Learn how wolves communicate through their “trademark” behavior – the howl, and through body language. Wolf Park staff members will join the wolves midway through the program to demonstrate how our animal curators communicate with our wolves using positive reinforcement training and reading body language. Guests will be encouraged to howl along as the wolves serenade the park.
