- Progress Reports for MYF Awards
- NIH announced that beginning Dec. 22 awardees must submit annual progress reports for multiyear-funded awards on or before the anniversary of the budget/project start date of the award. Effective 10/22/10, NIH will send automated email notifications to the principal investigator two months before the anniversary of the award requesting submission of the MYP progress report.

- NIH is implementing requirements under the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act. Effective Oct. 1st, all NIH applicant and grantee organizations must have a Dun & Bradstreet Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number and maintain an active registration in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR). All grantees must notify potential first-tier subrecipients that no entity may receive a first-tier subaward unless the entity has provided its DUNS number to the prime grantee. NIH also issued a notice containing a new term of award on Transparency Act subaward and executive compensation reporting. A third notice from NIH is revising all currently open funding opportunity announcements to include requirements relating to FFATA compliance.
