Written complaints by individuals using or attempting to use a Purdue University Facility may be directed to the University. The written complaint must be filed in a timely manner and be addressed to the Vice President for Ethics and Compliance. If identified in the complaint, the Vice President for Ethics and Compliance, or designee, will provide a copy of the complaint to the individual accused of violating these Procedures (the “Respondent”) within 10 days of receipt and afford the Respondent an opportunity to provide a written response.
The Vice President for Ethics and Compliance, or their designee, will review complaints and communicate with the Complainant and Respondent regarding their determination, including any appropriate remedies or sanctions.
