As part of our efforts to employ people with disabilities, we are required by federal regulations to measure our progress toward the federally set goal of having at least 7% of our workforce be individuals with disabilities. We report our progress annually in the Plans for Veterans and Individuals with Disabilities.
Applicants for employment and new employees are asked to voluntarily disclose their disability status in SuccessFactors. Employees may disclose their disability status or update their disability status by completing a Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability form.
