ADA Accommodations
Travelers who require ADA accommodations for a disability or other qualifying medical exception must request and receive approval for the accommodation through Human Resources. Purdue Travel will not provide medical exceptions without an approved ADA accommodation beginning January 1, 2024.
Travelers must provide Purdue’s Travel Center a copy of the ADA accommodation approval prior to traveling. Purdue Travel will keep the accommodation approval on file for future travel. Please be aware the approval process can take 4-6 weeks. Purdue Travel recommends beginning the process as early as possible to ensure the process is completed prior to travel. Any accommodation provided by Human Resources will be an ongoing exception unless otherwise stated in the approval.
