Deadlines for FY18 performance management evaluation meetings

By June 15, supervisors must meet one-on-one with staff to discuss individual FY18 performance management evaluation results that were previously written and submitted.

However, employees who have access to SAP pay information (i.e. HR, PFFA, some clerks) need to receive evaluation results from their supervisors by next Friday, May 25.

Next Steps

Following individual meetings, managers must select the "finalize evaluation/display to employee" option in SAP. All employees will need to review and sign off on the evaluation content in the system by June 30 to confirm that a discussion with their supervisor took place.

FY19 Preparations

FY19 performance management evaluations will use SuccessFactors. Individuals may review the optional Goal Planning Worksheet for 2018-19 (Word document download) in preparation for uploading information into SuccessFactors beginning in January 2019.
