The Campus Connect commuter shuttle that operates between Purdue’s West Lafayette and Indianapolis locations recently resumed its fall semester schedule, expanded from summer service.
Fall operations provide eight round trips Monday through Friday and six round trips Saturday and Sunday at no cost to the Purdue community. The final weekday route departure time will be 30 minutes later than the spring semester for both Indianapolis and West Lafayette bound shuttles.
In West Lafayette, the shuttle picks up and drops off between the Purdue Memorial Union and Stewart Center along Mitch Daniels Boulevard and the circle drive on the northwest side of the France A. Córdova Recreational Sports Center.
In Indianapolis, the shuttle picks up and drops off just east of the North Blackford Street and West Vermont Street intersection. During the week, the final daily route ending in Indianapolis will also drop off at North Hall then Lux on Capitol. On Saturdays and Sundays, the final two late-night shuttles will also drop off at these locations.
Service will continue through Dec. 20 and pause for winter break and the holidays, with spring operations set to begin in early January.
Reservations are required through the R2U mobile app (Google Play / Apple Store). Riders should install app updates as they become available to access the latest features and ensure notifications for route changes or delays are received.
Visit the Campus Connect webpage for the full shuttle schedule, maps of pick-up and drop-off locations, ride cancellation instructions and more.
Additional complimentary transit services are in place in West Lafayette and Indianapolis to help faculty, staff and students navigate each location. Purdue Campus Transit continues fixed routes and on-demand rides in West Lafayette, and a new Campus Transit shuttle now serves key stops in Indianapolis.
