Paige received a Fulbright English Teaching Assistantship (ETA) award to teach in Thailand. Her past experiences in Morocco and the Netherlands prepared her for life abroad. Having already been to Europe and Africa, Fulbright offers a chance to gain familiarity with Asia. She looks forward to learning about Thailand’s history and role in World English.

 

As an aspiring educator, Paige specializes in making language learning accessible to students. Through encouraging peer-to-peer learning, she looks to empower students’ confidence and improve their language skills. She will draw on her experience in Thailand in her future classrooms to promote globally conscious learning.
