West Lafayette business center service request application is live

An academic building on the Purdue University campus.

The new electronic ticketing system for employment and purchasing service requests announced in Purdue Today on April 25 is now live. Administered through the Purdue Service Portal, Team Dynamix (TDX) has similar functionality to FootPrints when it comes to managing service requests and has been used by Information Technology since July 2023. Links to the Business Center Purchasing Forms and Business Center Employment Forms can be found on the OneCampus webpage.

Campus users are encouraged to submit their service requests through the Purdue Service Portal to take advantage of the standardized forms but can also continue submitting service requests through email. Regardless of submission method, service requests will be executed in the new system, and all customers will benefit from the ability to log in to the Purdue Service Portal to track the status of a service request.

Resources for business offices and other customers can be found on the Service Portal (TDX) Resources website. Resources include a TDX Requester User Guide, video tutorials, FAQs and direct links to the Purdue Service Portal.

No follow-up action is needed from campus staff who have active employment or purchasing requests. Service requests in FootPrints will be completed in FootPrints.

Additional questions can be directed to employment or purchasing centers or business office staff.
