Updated campus mail pickup and delivery schedule

The pickup and delivery schedule for campus mail has been updated on the Materials Management and Distribution website. Building occupants with outgoing mail or packages should be sure to have the items in the designated pickup location prior to the time(s) listed in the online schedule.

Most buildings have at least one joint delivery and pickup time each day, and those with higher demand have multiple times. In some instances, a stop is conducted at one location for multiple facilities, as noted in the schedule. Additionally, some buildings have a pickup-only time designated in late afternoon.

Due to the address of some facilities, mail service may be provided by the U.S. Postal Service instead of Purdue’s Material Management and Distribution department.

Materials Management and Distribution is part of Administrative Operations, which supports the university through safe, reliable and transformative services. Ensuring the consistent and timely delivery and management of campus mail and parcels is just one of the ways Administrative Operations helps power Purdue.

Questions about a building’s mail pickup location or internal delivery process should be directed to the assigned building deputy or mail clerk. General questions about campus shipping, receiving and distribution should be directed to Materials Management and Distribution
