Remote work website, guidelines updated
Human Resources has made updates to the remote work website and guidelines based on feedback from the Future of Work survey.
The updated site provides guidelines that include professional standards for virtual meetings, as well as equipment and technology recommendations. The Forms and Processes section will enable easier access to documents related to requesting or maintaining flexible, hybrid or remote work arrangements.
The section Managing Expectations is designed for supervisors of remote workers.
New hires or those transitioning to a hybrid or remote position should consider utilizing the Forms and Technology Checklist.
Training resources have been created for both employees and supervisors. Employees can review the Remote Work Guidelines, Resources and Tools course, while supervisors and managers should access Managing Onsite, Hybrid and Remote Teams: Tips From the HR Business Partners.
The newly redesigned SuccessFactors Learning pages were also updated following the Future of Work survey. Upon logging into SuccessFactors and selecting My Learning, users can follow a direct link to topics including virtual meeting tools, Microsoft applications and remote work resources.
