Reminder from Human Resources regarding performance management timeline, resources

As the 2022-2023 performance management and merit process continues, employees and managers should review and update goal progress through March 1.

The annual performance evaluation records an employee’s fulfillment of key goals and universitywide competencies. Each staff member will complete their performance self-assessment by March 15, and supervisors will evaluate the performance of their direct reports from March 16 to April 7.

Visit the performance management website to view the complete timeline, along with helpful resources for supervisors and employees. 

Leadership and Organizational Development in Human Resources is offering webinars for both staff and supervisors through March. These courses will provide guidance for both audiences as they complete performance evaluations.

In addition, both staff and supervisors completing the annual appraisal process will have the HR Guidance: Performance Review for Staff and Supervisors guide assigned to them in SuccessFactors Learning. The guide provides links to videos and resources on setting goals and completing assessments and is found in SuccessFactors Learning.
