An upcoming Healthy Boiler workshop, titled “Healthy Hydration,” is scheduled for noon to 1 p.m. ET on July 27. Led by Whitney Soto, registered nurse health coach at the Center for Healthy Living (CHL), the workshop will discuss all of the benefits of drinking water and supports the behavioral health and physical health pillars of the Healthy Boiler Program

“Our bodies are composed of nearly 70 percent water,” Soto says. “It is an essential nutrient that is involved in every single one of the body’s functions. During the workshop, we’ll have an in-depth discussion of how consuming water can improve your mood, digestion, nutrient absorption, energy, cognitive function and more.”

Those interested should register by July 26 via the Healthy Boiler Portal. The registration link can be found under the “Healthy Boiler Workshops” section on the portal’s homepage. Hover over “Healthy Hydration” and click on “Submit” to register.

Questions about the workshop can be directed to the CHL at 765-494-0111.
