Concur website updates scheduled for Oct. 1; registration open for information sessions

Individuals who use the Concur website to book University travel, submit business travel expenses or reconcile Purdue Purchasing Cards (PCards) using company billed statements should be aware that system updates are scheduled for Oct. 1.

The functionality will primarily remain the same, and new screen layouts will provide easier navigation within the system for users. Additionally, system enhancements include the ability to link multiple expenses to one receipt image, and improved error messaging will make it easier for users to see where additional information is needed.

When a user accesses Concur online on or after Oct. 1, a brief product tour will be displayed to introduce the most notable changes and the benefits they provide.

Virtual information sessions to explain and preview the upcoming interface changes and enhancements are scheduled at the dates and times listed below. Concur users are encouraged to register for one of the sessions through Purdue’s Learning Management System

Dates and times of the information sessions are:

  • Sept. 20, 1:30-2:15 p.m.
  • Sept. 21, 1:30-2:15 p.m.
  • Sept. 27, 10-10:45 a.m.
  • Oct. 6, 1:30-2:15 p.m.
  • Oct. 11, 10-10:45 a.m. 

Updated Concur Quick Reference Guides will be available Oct. 1 on the Concur Training and Travel Resource webpage. Updated company billed statement resources will be made available on the Training Documents site at that time.

The layout and functionality of the SAP Concur mobile app will remain unchanged.
