As flight cancellations and delays increase across the nation, Anthony Travel, the University’s travel management company, is sharing guidance with those planning to travel on official University-related business or their delegates.

Anthony Travel encourages travelers to do the following:

• Download the airline app or visit the airline’s website for the booked flight. This is the best way for travelers to be alerted of cancellations and delays.
• Download the TripIt travel planner app from Concur to help stay organized with travel documentation and receive airline updates regarding flight changes.
• Book travel through Concur to access 24/7 support from Anthony Travel. Be patient and do not hang up the phone while waiting to speak with an Anthony Travel representative for rebooking or travel issues. Hold times may be up to 60 minutes, which are significantly shorter than those for airlines.
