HR announces performance management timeline, resources
As the 2021-22 performance management and merit process continues, employees and managers should review and update goal progress through March 1.
The annual performance evaluation records an employee’s fulfillment of key goals and University-wide competencies. Each staff member will complete their performance self-assessment by March 15, and supervisors will evaluate the performance of their direct reports from March 16 to April 8.
