From noon to 1 p.m. Wednesday (Jan. 12), Melissa Covarrubias, behavioral health counselor at the Center for Healthy Living on Purdue’s West Lafayette’s campus, will present a virtual Healthy Boiler workshop titled “Creating Attainable Goals.” The workshop supports the physical health and behavioral health pillars of the Healthy Boiler Program.

“Setting attainable goals for your physical, emotional and mental health are important as we start off the new year,” Covarrubias says. “In the workshop, attendees will learn how to set appropriate goals, stay motivated and have better self-care for themselves.”

Those interested in attending should register by Tuesday (Jan. 11) via this Zoom link.

Healthy Boiler workshops are free to all benefits-eligible faculty and staff and dependents covered on a Purdue medical plan.
