Staff pay band information available online

Human Resources is announcing that pay band information for staff positions is now available online.

As a follow-up to the individual pay band information communicated to staff employees during the annual merit process, the new pay band structure has been posted online. The information is in two locations:

• Staff Compensation Guidelines -- Outlines the new staff pay structure, including pay bands.
• Staff Pay Band -- The pay band assigned to each Purdue staff job is available.

Pay band information should prove useful to Purdue employees in their career planning.
