Proposals sought for conference competition

The Office of the Provost and the Office of the Executive Vice President for Research and Partnerships are seeking proposals for a conference competition to bring top-level scholars, researchers and lecturers to campus, and to increase Purdue’s visibility nationally and internationally.

This program is among the strategies developed by the Committee on Reputational Stewardship to further enhance the reach and impact of Purdue, and to highlight the efforts of the University's talented faculty, staff and students as they conduct world-changing research, pursue innovative teaching scholarship, and contribute to the scholarship of engagement.

Proposals are welcome from units, departments, schools/colleges, individuals or teams of faculty. Details about the submission process are available here. The submission deadline is 5 p.m. Dec. 19. Proposals selected for funding will be announced by March 1.
