Benefits open enrollment for 2019 ends Monday; resources available to assist faculty, staff

Enrollment for 2019 benefits for faculty and staff at the West Lafayette, Purdue Fort Wayne and Purdue Northwest campuses ends at 6 p.m. ET Monday (Nov. 5).

Resources are still available for employees who need assistance. The dedicated enrollment website offers the need-to-know information regarding benefits open enrollment -- from detailed, step-by-step instructions to enroll to videos, PowerPoints, presentation schedules and more.

For those who prefer to meet in-person or talk to an individual, there are still options available.

Face-to-face assistance

Today’s schedule is:

* West Lafayette:
-- Walk-in lab, 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m., Kurz Purdue Technology Center, Conference Room 2
-- Walk-in lab, 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m., Pfendler Hall, Room 103                 

* Purdue Northwest:
-- Hammond: walk-in lab, 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m.., Schneider Avenue Building, Room 1005
-- Westville: walk-in lab, 1-3 p.m., Technology Building, Room 298

* Purdue Fort Wayne:
-- Walk-in lab, 2:30-4 p.m., Kettler Hall, Room G13 (Banner Room)

Benefits’ staff members are committed to providing excellent customer service and resources to help employees and their families best use these valuable programs. Please allow time for responses as customer service’s call volume increases significantly during open enrollment.

As a reminder, the Human Resources customer service location in Stewart Center, Room G66 will be closed through Nov. 5 to accommodate open enrollment staff needs at the various walk-in labs and presentations across campus. The customer service location will return to its normal schedule on Nov. 6.

Purdue University Global open enrollment

Purdue Global benefits open enrollment runs through Nov. 9. Purdue Global employees also will use Benefitfocus to enroll. Purdue Global’s benefit information, plan summaries, etc. are housed on PGNet.
