New communication channels offer multiple ways to stay informed about Transform Purdue project

As the Business Process Reengineering (BPR) team worked through design phase of the transformation projects, it became clear that in order to highlight the main goal of the overall project, they needed to emphasize and focus on the "transforming Purdue" aspect. Therefore, several new communication channels have recently launched.

To keep the Purdue community as up-to-date as possible with the ongoing transformation projects -- Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Human Capital Management (HCM) and General Ledger (Finance) -- the following resources are now available:

1. Revamped website. The site features a new look and updated information from the original site. New aspects including FAQs, dedicated communication tools, Change Network creation information, project pages for each specific project and more can be found here.

2. Transform@Purdue newsletter. The biweekly newsletter, running every other Wednesday, is a spin-off from “Business@PurdueNews” and will be sent to employees who have subscribed to “Business@PurdueNews.” To subscribe, send an email to bpnews-request@lists.purdue.edu.

3. Transform Purdue blog. The biweekly blog will support the “Transform@Purdue” newsletter and the revamped website (Transform.Pudue.edu) by offering additional details on project-specific components.

Both the newsletter and the blog -- as well as other tools -- are located and easily accessible on the Communication Tools and Training web page of the revamped transformation website.

Any questions about the communication tools available or the project can be directed to bpr@purdue.edu
