What is the Transformation?

The Transform Purdue initiative was a three phase project designed to streamline, simplify, organize and automate Purdue business processes and related systems. The first phase, Enterprise Asset Management, successfully implemented in October 2017, streamlined and automated capital project requests, maintenance requests and introduced Fix-It, a web application to request facility repairs.

The second phase, General Ledger (Finance), deployed successfully July 2018, included a new financial structure, along with an upgrade to SAP S/4 Hana. The redefined financial core streamlined processes and reduced paper forms and manual approvals.

The final phase, Human Capital Management (HCM) has redefined the human resources core structure, including an organized job family structure, new recruitment process, time and pay functionality and an upgrade to SAP SuccessFactors deployed January 1, 2019.
