Annual physical is key to earning 2026 wellness incentives

Through the Your Path Wellness Program, benefits-eligible employees can prioritize their health and wellness while earning incentives by completing and uploading eligible well-being activities in the Your Path Portal. All incentive payments are contingent upon completing and uploading documentation for your annual physical. Once that requirement has been met, eligible incentives earned through other activities can be processed for payment.

To receive funds, you must be registered in the portal. Registration instructions can be found on Page 4 of the Your Path Wellness incentive guide.

The 2026 program runs from Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2026, giving you flexibility to complete activities when it works best for your schedule. The program includes two steps:

Step 1: Required annual physical

The annual physical is the required foundation for the 2026 wellness incentive program.

While you may complete incentive activities in any order, incentive payments will not be issued until your physical has been completed and submitted through the wellness portal. Any other completed activities will be tracked and credited, but payment will be held until the physical requirement has been met. To avoid delays in receiving your incentive, consider scheduling your annual physical soon.

Step 2: Optional activities

You can earn more incentives through additional wellness activities. Optional activities include:

• Complete annual biometrics
• Complete the Health Risk Assessment
• Complete a dental or vision exam
• Complete an anxiety and depression screening
• Complete one preventive wellness screening, such as a bone density screening, colonoscopy or other age-appropriate screenings
• Complete one annual vaccination, such as a flu shot, shingles vaccine or other recommended immunization
• Complete the online learning module

The program is designed to provide flexibility. Complete activities in the order that works best for you and focus on the areas of wellness that matter most to your health goals.
