Reminder: Daily rental vehicle reservations officially transitioned to Enterprise on June 30

A reminder that Purdue’s vehicle rental services for university travelers has fully transitioned to Enterprise as of June 30. Departments, travelers and their delegates should now follow the updated process outlined below.

Summary of changes:

  • All travelers with an existing Purdue Travel Card (TCard) should be using Enterprise now for university business vehicle reservations.
  • Individuals who anticipate future travel but do not have a TCard should work with their business office to apply for one or determine other appropriate payment options.
  • Student organizations should work with the Student Activities Office (SAO) on the appropriate process to rent a vehicle. Information is available on the Student Organization Transportation Requests webpage.

Enterprise has expanded its staff and fleet at the Purdue University Airport location to accommodate increased demand, and customer service has been tailored to meet the unique needs of university travelers. Vehicle reservations should now be made through Enterprise, as Purdue Transportation Services ceased vehicle rental operations May 31.

More information about the rental process and updated TCard guidance, including FAQs and rental car rates, is located on the Purdue Travel website. Questions may be directed to Transportation Services at purduetravel@purdue.edu.
