Virtual Road to Retirement event slated for March 6-8 for all benefits-eligible employees

Save the date: All benefits-eligible employees are invited to take part in the semiannual three-day virtual Road to Retirement event packed with information designed to help individuals plan for retirement, regardless of where they are on their retirement path. This special event is designed for Purdue employees approaching retirement as well as those wanting to learn more to begin planning. 

The schedule includes presentations and on-demand resources offered by representatives from a variety of financial wellness and retirement planning perspectives, including:

• INPRS — PERF (Indiana Public Retirement System — Public Employees’ Retirement Fund)

• Social Security Administration
• TIAA
• Vanguard

Covering financial wellness and retirement topics including retirement program basics, investing and saving, the reality of health care costs, Social Security, and more, this event aims to provide attendees with the information they need as they navigate a path toward retirement.
