Report classroom maintenance needs to the Work Request Center

All nonemergency classroom maintenance needs should be reported to the Work Request Center. These include, but are not limited to, access to a locked classroom during normal facility open hours, missing furniture or temperature adjustment requests.

These requests were previously submitted to Space Management by calling 765-494-3900. This phone number is now automatically routed to the Work Request Center for maintenance assistance. Requests can be submitted also by contacting the Work Request Center directly at 765-494-9999 from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday or emailing pfwrc@purdue.edu. Additionally, the campus community may complete the online Fix It maintenance request form using BoilerKey credentials.

Emergency classroom maintenance concerns, such as a power outage or water leak, should be reported immediately to the Work Request Center at 765-494-9999 between 7:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. After-hours emergencies should be reported to the Purdue University Police Dispatch Center at 765-494-8221.
