General Requests/Non-Emergencies

Building occupants can submit non-emergency work orders for maintenance and service requests online. Log in with your BoilerKey credentials.

Building deputies can provide assistance with submitting a request through the Fix It portal. Each request will be reviewed by the associated building deputy before being processed. Requests are monitored Monday through Friday during normal business hours.

Do not submit emergencies through the online form as it is not monitored 24 hours per day. Instead, follow the procedures listed below.

Urgent Requests/Emergencies

Critical or time-sensitive Physical Facilities issues should be communicated through one of the methods listed below. Examples include power outages, water leaks or any issue that will cause property damage or loss quickly.

From 7:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Contact the Work Request Center at 765-494-9999.

From 4 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.

Contact the Purdue Public Safety Dispatch Center through their non-emergency phone number at 765-494-8221.

Do not report non-emergencies to the contacts listed above. Instead, use the online Fix It form linked at the top of the page.
