Fix It Service Request Portal

Building occupants can submit non-emergency work orders for maintenance and service requests online. Each request will be reviewed by the associated building deputy before being processed. 

Maintenance training resources are available, and building deputies can also provide assistance with submitting a request through the Fix It portal.

Critical or time-sensitive Physical Facilities issues should be communicated through one of the following methods:

  • From 7:30 a.m.– 4 p.m. contact the Work Request Center at (765) 494-9999.
  • From 4 p.m.– 7:30 a.m. contact the Purdue University Police Dispatch Center through their non-emergency phone number at (765) 494-8221.
