Bilenky Lab Introduces Sheep to Meigs

Moriah Bilenky and her lab introduced sheep to Meigs Horticulture Research Farm last week. As part of their livestock integration project, the sheep will graze on annual cover crops.

3 The HORT 318 class visited Meigs on Wednesday. Lab concentrated on learning how to prune grape vines (with Miranda Purcell), peaches and apples (with Peter Hirst).
