Aviation and Aerospace Management MS

We are pleased with your interest in our graduate program. Before you continue with the electronic application for admission, we wish to ensure that you are familiar with the minimum requirements for admission to graduate degree study in Aviation Technology.  It is important to recognize that although satisfaction of these basic requirements does not guarantee graduate admission, failure to satisfy these requirements may lead to automatic denial of admission.

MS in Aviation and Aerospace Management (On-Campus)

The admissions process selects highly qualified applicants into the MS program by considering each of the following criteria in judging the overall strength of the applicant. Typically, no single criterion is used as a sole determinant for admission.

  • To be admitted to The Purdue Graduate School and Purdue Polytechnic Institute you are required to have obtained a baccalaureate degree from an accredited university. Official copies of transcripts for all college work (sent from the colleges attended) is required.
  • Your GPA for the last completed degree must be above a 3.00 on a scale of 4.00. (If you did not obtain a 3.00, please contact the School of Aviation and Transportation Technology to discuss conditional admittance.) 
  • Official GRE or GMAT scores, which must be sent to Purdue by the ETS service.

 MS in Aviation and Aerospace Management (Online)

The admissions process selects highly qualified applicants into the MS program by considering each of the following criteria in judging the overall strength of the applicant. Typically, no single criterion is used as a sole determinant for admission.

  • An earned baccalaureate degree 
  • An undergraduate grade point average of 3.00 or better (on a 4.00 scale) from an accredited institution is required for unconditional admission.

If you do not meet the basic requirements described above, please do not submit an electronic application until you have contacted our graduate program staff.

Note: Early application is encouraged. Program capacity is limited and it is recommended that students apply early to maximize opportunity for program consideration.
